Should the new Independent Jury have a more important role in the EMC?

After a lot of thought, I feel that maybe the independent jury should play more of a role in the finals of the EMC.

As explained earlier today, the jury will determine the 9th country to qualify from each semi-final, but should they also have a role in the Final?

Proposed method for the Final

As in the semi final, each member of the jury will award 1-8, 10 and 12 points to their favourite songs.

After each jury member's votes have been counted, they will be added to the votes from the participants of the contest.

Example
For song number 1, Jury member A gives it 3 points, member B gives it 0 points, member C gives it 5 points and member D gives it 1 points = 9 points

All other participants have awarded this song a total of 35 points. The jury's points will be added to this giving that country a total of 44 points.

It doesn't effect the voting a lot, however it will make a difference and hopefully give a better chance to songs and countries which are sometimes left behind.
